Espresso Yourself Swan Lake - Will Priestley’s take on the Swan

Current Australian Latte Art Champion Kirby Berlin impressed this year’s AASCA judges with her own swan. Will Priestley shows his version of the swan, which incorporates an extra rosetta base to form a lake.

Step 1 To start off with, create the water ripples by pouring the bottom of the rosetta to create a strong foundation for the swan. Step 2 Next, leaving a nice gap of crema and pouring to the top and right of the base, pour a rosetta to create the tail. Step 3 You then pour in a bulb with creates the body of the swan. Wait until that's the right size, then bring the neck around.
Step 4 You then add another bulb, finishing it off with a heart as the head. Step 5 Everything then comes together for your own Latte Art - swan lake!
