To celebrate their recent partnership, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze and professional surfer Sally Fitzgibbons have launched a competition to find a #BreezeTheWaves reporter to accompany Sally on the remainder of the World Surfing Championship Tour.
“Globally, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze is passionate about advocating an active and healthy lifestyle, and Sally absolutely personifies this image of wellness in everything she does, making her the perfect brand fit for us here in Australia,” says Michael McNulty, Blue Diamond Country Manager of Australia and New Zealand.
The prize will provide access to Sally and responsibility for taking over the Almond Breeze social channels. Surfing enthusiasts skilled in creating social media content are encouraged to apply.
“We’re thrilled to have Sally join the family and equally important, be able to give back to our mutual brand fans in an exciting and innovative way like this,” Michael says.
“If you like surfing, and can work Instagram and Facebook, this opportunity is for you,” Sally says.
Beginning in France during the first week of October, the winner will be tasked with capturing all the exclusive behind the scenes action of the surfing champ on location and experiencing first-hand what really happens on tour.
The tour and competition winner will then travel to Hawaii in December before hitting both the Gold Coast and Bell’s Beach in 2019.
The prize will also include return economy flights, transfers, accommodation, spending money, plus a brand-new iPhone 8 to get those Instaperfect shots.
To enter into the competition, submit a video telling Sally how much you love surfing and Almond Breeze, and why you are the best person for the job.
Almond Breeze has dialed up its support of women’s sport in recent months. Earlier this year, the brand aligned with Netball Australia to become an official advertising partner of Suncorp Super Netball as well as supporting the upcoming Quad series.
Applications close 12 September at 5pm.
