Anyone interested in competing must register their interest by 3 March. Click here to enter.

ASCA requires six competitors in order to run this event. Please note the final entry price will by $350 to cover the costs of sending the winner to the world event. If the required six competitors aren’t reached, the competition will not run.

The CIGS Championship promotes innovative beverage recipes that showcase coffee and spirits in a competition format.

This competition highlights barista/barkeeper’s mixology skills in a setting where coffee and alcohol go perfectly together. From the traditional Irish Coffee (with whiskey and coffee), to unique cocktail combinations.

The 2017 World CIGS Champoinships will take place Budapest, Hungar from 13 – 15 June
