Dairy enthusiasts across Australia are invited to apply for the chance to don their judging hats and aprons as an official judge of the 20th Australian Grand Dairy Awards.
Ten entrants will be selected to taste and critique Australia’s cream-of-the-crop dairy products in Melbourne this November to determine the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
The amateur judges will sample 57 of Australia’s finest milks, cheeses, ice creams, butters, creams and yoghurts across 19 categories as part of the judging process.
In addition, competition winners will be taught what to look for throughout their official judging duties with an exclusive tutorial from Australian Grand Dairy Awards Judge Sonia Cousins.
Established in 1999, the Australian Grand Dairy stands to showcase the best in Australian dairy produce.
