Add 250 grams of your favourite coarse ground coffee to the stainless steel filter basket, twist on the base, then attach the brew chamber and top up with cold water. Twelve to 24 hours later, thread the extract chamber to the top of brew chamber and invert. Once cold brew concentrate has filled the extract chamber, attach the easy pour twist cap and store in the fridge.
