Shared coffee roasting workspace Bureaux Collective will host its first ‘Spotlight on’ event for 2018.
Spotlight on: Peru will take place on Wednesday 24 January in Melbourne, and will give attendees the opportunity to taste the country’s latest crops to hit Australian shores, including lots from Peru’s first Cup of Excellence held in September 2017.
Attendees will discover why Peruvian coffee is so delicious and diverse, plus discuss the developments influencing its coffees.
The tasting will be fast and fun, to be followed by wine and cheese, and a chance to connect and network with industry members.
All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting FareShare, a not-for-profit community organisation that rescues surplus food and cooks free, nutritious meals for Victorians doing it tough.
