As Centrepiece at Melbourne Park prepares for its September opening, expressions of interest are now open for Victorian based coffee businesses to supply Melbourne’s conference and events venue.
With a paddock to plate philosophy that encapsulates the “cultural magnetism” of Melbourne, Centrepiece at Melbourne Park will focus on sustainable and seasonal produce that champions local producers and suppliers.
Lara Burnes, General Manager Centrepiece at Melbourne Park, says she is proud to support the Victorian hospitality industry and bring the state’s best local suppliers to the fore.
“Victoria’s food and beverage industry is revolutionary. We are so excited to partner with some of the best local suppliers our state has to offer and support our Victorian producers,” Lara says.
“Our menu and beverage philosophy are intrinsically linked to Melbourne’s vibrant culinary scene – what better way to celebrate this than partnering with suppliers that embody the true essence of Victoria.”
Surrounded by the world’s best venues across sports, music, business, and entertainment, Centrepiece at Melbourne Park will aim to complete the thriving Melbourne and Olympic Parks precinct.
As well as coffee, expression of interest submissions are open for producers and suppliers of beer, wine, spirits, champagne, soft-drinks, juices, and milk.
Businesses who wish to express interest should head to the Tender Victoria Portal, submissions close at 5pm on 14 May 2021.
