Founding Coffee Machine Technologies in 2005, Giancarlo Colangeli has developed his expertise over the years by offering customers integrated and tailored service solutions designed for the hospitality industry.

Coffee Machine Technologies built its reputation as one of the first, independent service companies and today is an industry leader in international and domestic markets for coffee equipment service, repairs, and sales.

The company ensures personalised service by understanding each of its customers’ requirements and offering preventative maintenance solutions.

“With a commitment to excellence in customer service, our products are accompanied by comprehensive machine maintenance programs and a highly qualified team of friendly service technicians who are able to provide immediate repair responses,” says Coffee Machine Technologies.

The brand offers services, repairs, customisations, and refurbishments of new and old machines.

“Our products and services are distributed through a National Support Infrastructure, allowing the brand to supply services nationwide,” says Coffee Machine Technologies.

Coffee Machine Technologies has also secured exclusive international agreements for the world’s leading brands in coffee equipment. Storing the largest inventory of equipment and parts, Coffee Machine Technologies can supply its customers quickly, easily customising orders to customer requests.

The company has continued to develop and introduce new innovative ideas and technologies to the market, creating more reliable and cost-effective solutions. This includes the Australian designed Tech-Bar hitting the market more than two years ago.

Coffee Machine Technologies was also awarded Australian Best New Product in 2015 for the Viper automatic milk Steamer, which the company now ship worldwide.

“We are a world industry leader and proud to be at the forefront of innovation in all types of coffee equipment,” says Coffee Machine Technologies.

“Nowadays excellence lies in being able to manage changes and where possible anticipate it. Coffee Machine technologies are made up of motivated people who are committed and passionate in offering outstanding solutions and exceeding expectations.”

In the future, Coffee Machine Technologies will continue to service Australia nationally and build its strength throughout Sydney and Victoria with coverage in the Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, and the Melbourne CBD with its head office in Tullamarine.

“We work to ensure we make your business our business,” says Coffee Machine Technologies.
