According to Coffee Machine Technologies (CMT), Australian distributors of Fiorenzato grinders, the brand’s intent is to communicate innovation based on experience, and to provide a glimpse into the future.
The actual geometry of the grinder has inspired Fiorenzato’s new logo, which represents a phoenix. It is a symbol of rebirth and is linked to the city of Venice – Fiorenzato’s Italian roots.
Fiorenzato has also recently updated its Pro line of professional coffee grinders, featuring a powerful detachable grinding chamber that is easy to release.
This innovation allows baristas to operate the grinder in a simple, intuitive, and fast way without modifying the grinding point setting.
