Coffee Machine Technologies has announced new updated grinder models from Fiorenzato available for pre-order.

Fiorenzato’s range of professional coffee grinders features a new powerful detachable grinding chamber that is easy to release.

This innovation allows baristas to operate the grinder in a simple, intuitive, and fast way by removing the detachable grinding chamber without modifying the grinding point setting.

The new Fiorenzato Pro line is available in many models accompanied by the brand’s new logo, as shown below:

Coffee Machine Technologies says the XGi grind-by-weight technology expedites workflow and is an innovative choice. The design allows the grinding chamber to be detached with the release of two levers, ensuring easy cleaning.

The 4.3-inch touchscreen IPS display has an intuitive user interface and scrolling menu so users can monitor coffee stats and easily switch between grinding modes.

Coffee Machine Technologies has a large inventory of coffee equipment available, having secured international agreements for the world’s leading brands such as Fiorenzato, Elektra, La Marzocco, Tech Bar, Viper, Brugnetti, and Orchestrale, to name a few.

The company offers services, repairs, customisation, and refurbishments of new and old machines, and distributes its products and services through a national support infrastructure, allowing it to supply its services nationwide.
