Fine Food Australia will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 10 to 13 September.
Fine Food Australia showcases the industry’s top talent, techniques and trends across four days of masterclasses, seminars and demonstrations.
This year, the show will see an array of exhibitors from Australia’s coffee scene taking over the show floor, showcasing the industries newest products and latest trends.
Exhibitors include the Evoca Group, Bombora Coffee and Water Supplies, Cafetto, Coffee Works Express, Maltra Foods, Monin – Stuart Alexander, Sanitarium, Service Sphere, Fonterra, Lion Dairy and Drinks, Milkadamia, Parmalat Professional and Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions Australia.
The show floor will give café and restaurant owners a chance to discover the latest coffee equipment.
At the Café Stage presented by Freedom Foods, Matcha Mylkbar’s Sarah Holloway will demonstrate how to create the tastiest and most Instagrammable lattes.
Visitors will have the chance to try different blends from an array of coffee suppliers, including Melbourne local’s Five Senses Coffee, who will be providing samples of its espresso and filter coffee.
Launching the first Australian bottled Nitro Cold Brew earlier this year, Melbourne based Cool Cool Beverage Co. will be showcasing its Paradise Cold Brew – a cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen to create a creamy texture.
Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research OrganisationSenior Researcher Dr Dayang Ying will explain how his team are optimising the value from edible waste in the vegetable supply chain by creating healthy food ingredients, like broccoli powder. Commonfolk Coffee Company’s Sam Keck will demonstrate how used this to create broccoli lattes.
The trade only event is expected to attract more than 26,000 visitors when it takes place in September.
