After a successful pilot program with Victorian customers in 2023, Grinders Coffee has announced that The Immersion campaign is back in 2024 with a national reach.

The Immersion is designed to offer an elevated experience to customers who have consistently chosen Grinders Coffee as their preferred choice. Selected cafés from across the country will be handpicked for an all-expenses-paid immersive coffee experience in Melbourne.

This opportunity includes a full day visit to Grinders Coffee’s Fairfield Roastery and Headquarters, where participants will engage with internal and industry experts to explore the intricacies of coffee production and business management. They will get the opportunity to look at ways of elevating their businesses with tools and insights from industry leaders. Attendees will also have the chance to taste of some of Grinders Coffee’s upcoming single origins before they hit the market.

“The Immersion Experience at our Fairfield Roastery will provide a unique opportunity for our loyal customers to deepen their understanding of coffee production and business strategies,” says Burcu De La Cruz, Marketing Manager at Grinders Coffee.

“We’re committed to supporting our customers’ growth and success by offering invaluable insights and resources through this initiative.”

As part of The Immersion, participants will attend the Melbourne International Coffee Expo, gaining insights and networking opportunities within the global coffee industry. With consumers increasingly seeking exceptional coffee experiences, Grinders Coffee aims to equip its customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to meet evolving demands.

As part of Immersion 2024, Grinders Coffee will also participate in a venue takeover, providing a morning of free coffee to participating cafés to enhance customer experience and amplify brand visibility. This initiative aims to foster stronger connections between Grinders Coffee and its community of café operators while rewarding loyal customers.

“Our goal with The Immersion is to empower our customers with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to thrive in the competitive coffee industry,” says Jono Goldthorpe, Coffee Ambassador at Grinders Coffee.

“We’re excited to embark on this journey with our loyal customers and continue our tradition of delivering quality coffee experiences across Australia.”
