This eye-catching strawberry matcha cooler was the drink of summer. Learn how to recreate it at your venue, or at home, with MILKLAB’s easy-to-follow recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 tablespoon strawberry puree
- Ice
- MILKLAB of your choice
Preparation
- Sieve the matcha and place it in a bowl with 40 millilitres of 80°C water. Whisk to combine.
- In the serving cup, add strawberry puree to the base and sides and then fill with ice.
- Pour over MILKLAB of your choice and then pour the matcha on top for a layered effect. Serve immediately.
