“Fluffy, filling and so delicious. The perfect healthy breakfast treat. I’ve been loving incorporating Califia Farms Vanilla Oat milk into my sweet recipes. It has a creamy texture and naturally sweet taste with a dash of tasty vanilla. It’s also dairy, fortified with calcium and Vitamin D,” says Sabrina Lu.

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

2/3 cup self-raising flour (can use gf or white)
3 TBSP vanilla protein powder of choice
1 TSP cinnamon
2/3 cup Califia Farms Vanilla Oat milk
3 TBSP vanilla DF yoghurt
2 TBSP sweetener of choice (I used sugar free maple syrup)

Toppings/Filling: Yoghurt, Fruit, Buckwheat, Pumpkin Seeds etc.

Method:

  1. For the pancakes mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl then stir in the wet.
  2. Pour hand-sized amounts of the mixture for each pancake onto a non-stick/sprayed frying pan on low-medium heat, flipping each pancake once.
  3. Place the pancakes onto a plate then add on your yogurt as the filling and toppings of choice
  4. ENJOY these delicious pancakes
