Industry Beans introduces bubble coffee

Melbourne is a launch pad when it comes to experimental coffee concepts: black sesame lattes, tumeric lattes and avolattes, and now Industry Beans is serving up Melbourne’s first bubble coffee.

The Industry Beans Bubble Cup is made from single origin cold drip coffee, layered with a blend of condensed and soy milk, and topped with coffee soaked tapioca balls.
Similar to bubble tea, the new creation is now available for $7 on the menu at the Fitzroy-based roastery and its newest satellite cafe, Industry Beans Lt. Collins.
The popularity of the original Industry Beans Bubble Cup has lead to the creation of two new flavours, including Strawberry and Vanilla – cold drip infused with fresh, local strawberries and a hint of vanilla, and Coconut & Kaffir Lime – condensed milk and soy milk infuse with fresh kaffir lime leaves and a splash of coconut.
