Minas Hill Coffee Founder Marcelo Brussi will discuss sustainability and its importance to the Australian coffee chain in a live Webinar panel on 19 November at 11pm AEST.

Network Sustainability – Points of Attention in the Commercialization and Production of Coffee in Complete Environments is part of International Coffee Week (ICW) Brazil 2020, an annual event that has gone completely digital this year due to COVID-19.

ICW is the most important coffee event in Brazil, gathering a whole range of coffee-related people from producers to international buyers.

In this panel, Marcelo will talk about the Harvest Bag, a new technology in bio-degradable inner bags, the actual scenario where roasters face multiple challenges to dispose those bags, and what Minas Hill is doing in partnership with PlanetWare, to bring a right destination to those bags. Learn more HERE.

“I’d love everyone in the coffee industry to be involved,” Marcelo says.
