La Marzocco Korea has inaugurated its new branch office in the Gangnam district of Seoul’s modern centre.

The new facility has a dedicated showroom, after-sales training centre, and a two-story café space, named Matt Café after the General Manager, Matt Lee.

Lee says the café represents the philosophy of the new building – a window of eagerness to develop and elevate coffee in the growing local community.

“We want to serve as an example, acting professionally and inclusively, inviting people to gain knowledge, inspiration and value in their moment at the café,” Lee says.

“La Marzocco is my whole life. And my whole life is dedicated to the brand, its artisanal values, and community culture.”

The destination includes educational and quite rooms, a library and a retail shop, inviting visitors to learn more about La Marzocco but also have a space to study and unwind.

Brewing equipment will include the KB90, Strada EP, and Modbar – with an underground floor housing a full Modbar product range – EP, AV, Steam, and Pour Over.

The La Marzocco Korea team will open its doors to Matt Café on 27 July.
