La Marzocco has introduced a new connected platform designed to deliver insights from espresso machines in a bid to increase consistency, reliability, and performance across an entire fleet of equipment, named Sistema.
Through three subscription tiers – Standard, Professional, and Enterprise – it has been created to support businesses of any size through a scalable online platform to enable analysis of drink volume, machine usage, performance data, and service statistics.
Professional builds on the core features of the Standard plan with additional advanced reports that can be downloaded and integrated with Business Intelligence software, while Enterprise is tailored towards businesses that operate 20 or more machines.
Sistema will be available in Australia and New Zealand from February 23, before being expanded globally in the near future.
