Italian coffee brand Lavazza has partnered with off-grid, sustainable accommodation provider CABN to give Australian coffee lovers the chance to experience the best South Australia’s McLaren Vale region has to offer.

The partnership celebrates Lavazza’s brand-new range of carbon-neutral Nespresso compatible capsules, a first-of-its-kind for the Australian market.

Throughout August, Australians will be able to win two nights of accommodation at the self-contained, eco-friendly and Lavazza-themed CABN X Giles.

“Not only are CABN and Lavazza aligned when it comes to our sustainability efforts, but we are impressed by Lavazza’s commitment to striving for a better world. At CABN, we are early adopters of the regenerative tourism principles and can’t wait for Aussies to claim their stay and really embrace it wholeheartedly during their time with us,” says Michael Lamprell, Founder and CEO at CABN.

Situated in the biodynamic vineyard area of South Australia’s McLaren Vale, guests will be able to relax and enjoy Lavazza’s premium range of finest espresso blends encased in sustainable aluminium capsules with the satisfaction of zero CO2 impact and Italian excellence firsthand.

CABN X Giles is complete with a wood-fired sauna, outdoor bathtub, king-sized bed and an indoor wood heater to keep warm over the winter season.

The CABN typically retails for up to $800 per night and has limited availability across August until completely booked out. Australians can claim a two-night stay from Monday, 1 August. For those who miss out, a second and final drop of bookings will open on Friday, 5 August.

Lavazza’s carbon-neutral aluminium capsules mark another milestone for Lavazza Group’s ‘Roadmap to Zero’, a sustainability mission which aims to achieve total carbon neutrality by offsetting all direct and indirect emissions generated along the entire value chain.

“Since the inception of our ‘Roadmap to Zero’, we’ve made great progress towards our global sustainability goals. The launch of our carbon-neutral capsules in Australia is another exciting step forward,” says Marketing Director APAC of Lavazza, Mimmo Orlando.

“By partnering with CABN, we hope to give our Australian customers a sustainable stay away, while showcasing the benefits of prioritising sustainability in their everyday lives.”

Lavazza’s range of carbon-neutral capsules is now available on Lavazza’s online store, Coles and Woolworths.

For more information and to claim the free two-night stay, Australians can visit the CABN X Giles booking page via cabn.life/lavazza-x/.
