Early bird registration for Let’s Talk Coffee (LTC) 2018 is now open.
This year’s event will take place from 20 to 23 September in Cartagena, Colombia.
LTC is an intimate event exploring the cutting-edge of specialty coffee, building sustainable business relationships, and shining a light on the rising coffee region of Huila, Colombia.
Huila is LTC’s 2018 feature region. Attendees for LTC will meet with Huila coffee leaders, taste Huila coffees during cupping sessions, and attend the LTC Huila field trip to experience this rising yet largely unexplored specialty coffee region firsthand.
LTC 2018 will feature TED Talk-style keynotes delivered by thought leaders on topics ranging from supply chain innovation and developments in processing to market trends and business strategies.
Building on rich a rich history of supply chain collaboration, LTC 2018 will offer attendees opportunities for doing business and networking during one-on-one meetings between roasters and producers and social events like Sevan’s Grill and the HarVee Awards.
An exciting component of LTC’s 2018 program will be Let’s Talk Naturals, a mini-event that will feature the Fifth International Conference on Arabica Naturals and examine how unwashed coffees can meet market flavour demands and support industry sustainability. Learn from coffee processing scientists, cup naturals from a wide variety of origins including Yemen, Uganda, and Colombia, and taste some of unwashed coffees at the Arabica Naturals International Competition and Exhibition.
Cartagena is a beautiful city with world-class accommodations, countless tourist attractions, and a well-connected international airport just 15 minutes from the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel, the event’s venue.
