Minas Hill will also display seasonal lots from Flowers in Action, the Alto da Serra Producers’ Association, Bahia and Bela Epoca; and micro-lots including Pedro Gabarra’s anaerobic fermentation.
Minas Hill recently brought Ismael, Pedro, Gabriel, and Tina Wendel of Flowers in Action to Australia to discuss topics including sustainability, transparency and women in coffee with prominent members of the Australian coffee industry.
Part of a panel discussion featuring the farmers can be viewed here.
Minas Hill says families are welcome to attend the cupping and breakfast, which will take place at 1/222 James Street, Northbridge WA from 10am.
