In April 2019, Minas Hill Coffee will inaugurate a site in Sydney, New South Wales, increasing the Brazilian coffee trader’s presence in the city.
“The time has come to Minas Hill Coffee get closer to Sydney coffee roasters,” Founder Marcelo Brussi says.“We have been trading green coffee beans in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide for the past six years, as well as delivering coffee to many towns in Australia.
“From April 2019, our green coffee beans will be stored in a new Minas Hill Coffee facility in Sydney and there will be a dedicated sales representative based in NSW to better support our clients there.”

Minas Hill will celebrate with a Sydney cupping session ahead of the facility’s opening at Ovo Boteco café on 21 March at 5:30pm.
The cupping will spotlight coffees from Minas Hill’s ongoing partners, seasonal lots, and micro-lots from different regions of Brazil.
