The New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association (NZSCA) has announced four new board members were elected at the 2022 NZSCA AGM on 20 May, held online.
New Executive members include President Roz Cattell from Bon Accord, Vice-President Megan Wyper from Acme Cupco, Second Vice President Scott Pepler from UCC
and Treasurer Nic McClean from Extra Shot Consultants.
Shane York from Vertical Logistics was also elected as the Allied Representative.
According to NZSCA, John Cole from Mojo Coffee Cartel stepped down from the Executive and was re-elected as a Board member, as well as Steph Noble from Ozone Coffee Roasters and Connor Nestor from New Ground Coffee.
Frank Hsu from Frank’s Coffee in Wellington and Ken Shi from Aoraki Coffee Roasters in Hampton Downs remain on the Board in their second term.
NZSCA says its next Board meeting will be held in Auckland on 14 July.
Roz Cattell thanked David Huang and Chris Innes who also stepped down after two years of service in the Allied member representative role.
NZSCA says it appreciates their contributions immensely and looks forward to seeing them at future events.
