New winners set to be named at ASCA National Coffee Championships

The Australian Specialty Coffee Association has named the competitors who will be taking part in the 2026 Oatly Australian Barista Championship, 2026 Australian Brewers Championship, and 2026 Alternative Dairy Co. Australian Latte Art Championship.

Taking place from Thursday 20 November to Sunday 23 November at North Melbourne venue Big Plans Melbourne, the trio of championships will decide who represents Australia on the world stage next year.

Tom Hutchins, a three-time Australian Brewers Cup Champion and reigning champion, and fourth place finisher in the 2024 World Brewers Cup, headlines this year’s field of Barista Championship competitors alongside the likes of three-time runner-up Gabrel Tan.
