Ona Coffee’s Hugh Kelly to hold national tour on freezing coffee

Ona Coffee’s Hugh Kelly is going on a national tour to give talks on freezing coffee. 

The two-time Australian Barista Champion and World Barista Championship finalist will hold masterclass talks from 6 to 14 June, stopping in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart and Adelaide.

Hugh will discuss different theories of frozen coffee, how it applies to espresso, and its practical application to the café.

Spaces are limited and ticket purchase is essential. Ticket prices are $16.91
