Orchestrale has unveiled its latest espresso machine, the Etnica Display TT.

Etnica display and display TT are the professional espresso machines at the top of the Orchestrale range and an evolution of the Etnica model. Automatic, with covered groups and display, Australian distributor Coffee Machine Technologies says it represents the indivisible bond between modern and ancient, where the future is son of history and the most modern technology matches with sounds and past times.

Etnica display and Etnica display TT are coffee and cappuccino machines available automatic with normal and raised E61 groups as well (in two and three group.) with programmable portion control, dual gauges for boiler and pump pressure control, manual and automatic boiler water loading, motor pump with water cooling, electric cup-warmer, flanged boiler and pipes of copper, pipes fittings of brass, frame of pure polished super mirror and satined stainless steel AISI 304.

In these professional coffee machines the alphameric display allows to plan the following functions: switch ON/OFF time of the coffee machine, cup warmer working temperature, warning of softner regeneration, autosteamer temperature. Moreover it allows to display the following data: functional test / malfunctioning notice, coffees counting for single group and single metering, temperature and working boiler, boiler pressure.

Additional optionals: electronic injection autosteamer, LED lights, mixed hot water outlet, raised groups, external motor pump, cappuccino maker/milk frothing wand, serial interface for external connection, nut wood kit (filter holders and knobs/joysticks) white filter holders, aesthetic options and customization.

Just like Etnica Etnica display and display TT are also available with different aesthetic options: even with satin steel sides and back panel or with steel matt painted (white, black, light blue retro and rust brown) or with nut wood sides or with Limited Edition (super-mirror steel with satined texture) sides. Moreover you can have it with different colour methacrylate outlines: black, white, green, red, yellow, orange, blue and violet.

With a touchpad above the group heads and joystick taps, the machine is a  top of the range evolution of the Etnica Display.

Always automatic, with covered groups and display, it represents, as Etnica Display, the indivisible bond between modern and ancient, where the future is son of history and the most modern technology matches with sounds and past times.
