Pauls Professional says the Greek yoghurt, available in two-kilogram containers, is delightfully smooth and creamy with balanced good acidity.
“Because of its thick & creamy nature, it is delicious straight off the spoon, or served with fruit, cereals or as a dessert,” Brand Manager Jane Clarke says.
“It also suits a wide range of recipes as it is less likely to separate when heated, yet is considerably lower in fat than cream alternatives.”
