Piazza D’Oro and Nathan School of Coffee to host Sydney masterclass

Piazza D'Oro

Coffee roaster Piazza D’Oro is teaming up with Nathan School of Coffee to celebrate International Coffee Day with a coffee masterclass and brunch session on 28 September at Meidy’s Cafe in Bondi, Sydney.

Attendees will have the chance to learn how to create bespoke latte art in a hands-on workshop with the team at Nathan School of Coffee, exploring a range of Piazza D’Oro coffees. At the end of the sessions, students will be awarded a certificate in Latte Art from the Sydney barista school.

Following the workshop, guests will tuck into a brunch menu crafted by My Kitchen Rules star Arrnott Olssen. The TV chef brings influences of his Fijian heritage to the dishes, which have been designed to pair with Piazza D’Oro’s Organic blend which will be served throughout the event.

Dishes include the likes of french toast with whipped Piazza D’Oro coffee cream and tropical bircher muesli with a coffee caramel drizzle. The session will finish with an espresso martini.

Tickets cost $25 and include the latte art workshop, two hours of free flowing coffee, brunch, and an espresso martini.

Piazza D’Oro has more than 25 years’ experience roasting coffee in Australia. Its portfolio of coffee blends includes Dolce, Mezzo, Forza, Colombian, and ACO-certified Organic blend. To book your place at the event, click here.
