Peter and Penny Wolff of Wolff Coffee Roasters and Dandelion and Driftwood have launched a new coffee soft serve brand called Queen of Pops.
The team already have a popular range of hot shot coffee pops under their brand, and are excited to share its new coffee soft serve range.
“By continuing to innovate and broaden the consumers’ perspective of specialty coffee, this is something that really excites me,” Owner Penny Wolff says. “Taking a great product and creating new ways to consume it is essential in today’s market.”
As the weather heats up and the cold coffee cravings heighten, Penny says coffee lovers can take their palate experience to the next level with smooth, creamy soft serve laced with specialty coffee and moreish specialty cocoa.
“Summer is a awesome time to enjoy a specialty coffee hit, but ice cold,” Penny says.
The new soft serve range is available to dine or takeaway in a cone or cup.
The Queen of Pops range includes Cappuccino Pop, Latte Pop, Single Origin Long Black Pop, Mocha Pop, Hot Choc Pop and Chai Latte Pop.
The latest soft serve creations include specialty coffee, cocoa and mocha varieties.
Penny says while there’s too many favourites to select from, many customers are also partial to its “candy store” kids ice-cream pops, including flavours of strawberries and cream, green frogs, redskin, bananas, columbines and milk bottles.
Actual brewed coffee options are also available, including a rotating selection of single origin coffees.
The concept store is open Monday to Friday from 6.30am – 5pm, and weekends 7am – 1pm at Shop 4, 680 Sandgate Road, on the corner of Bayview Trce and Drane St in Clayfield, Queensland.
