Registrations open for 2025 ASCA Coffee Roasting Championship

Registrations are now open for the Australian Coffee Roasting Championship 2025, which will be held in Port Melbourne from 1 to 2 February.

The Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) is encouraging participants to register early as spots are limited. Registrations close at 5pm on 16 October.

Preliminary coffee will be sent out on 30 October and all submissions need to be returned to Melbourne by close-of-business on 5 December.

Preliminary judging will take place on 7 to 8 December, with the top six entries progressing to the final.

The Australian Roasting Championship Final will take place at Criteria Coffee, Port Melbourne, from 1 to 2 February, 2025, where the best will compete to represent Australia at the World Championships in Italy in October 2025.
