Many Hemro Group customers in Australia will now enjoy next-day delivery of spare parts, thanks to the company’s new partnership with European spare parts distributor REPA.

REPA is now an official spare parts distributor for Mahlkönig, Anfim, Ditting, and HeyCafé. The partnership covers Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, France, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and India.

“As the partner of choice of industry-leading manufacturers of premium coffee equipment, REPA is honoured to support Hemro Group and its distribution network in these selected regions, with 100 per cent OEM spares, a state-of-the-art technology as well as constant investment in innovation. We are committed to serve Hemro customers with the right part, at the right time,” says Gilberto Guidi, Group Director Professional Coffee REPA.

REPA has 3,900 Mahlkönig, Anfim, Ditting, and HeyCafé original spare parts, which can be found on its website. According to a statement, this is the industry’s largest inventory of its type, benefitting from quick search functionalities which enable customers to search by brand, appliance, or original part number.

REPA ANZ, the company’s Australia and New Zealand division, has stockholding at its distribution centre in Wollongong, New South Wales. Customers located in metropolitan areas of the eastern states of Australia can enjoy next day delivery on orders placed before 12pm AET. A delivery time of 1 to 2 business days can be expected for Australia regional areas, and express delivery options are offered for customers in New Zealand.

“As we unveil this partnership, Hemro Group is proud to announce our collaboration with REPA, a testament to our relentless dedication to serving our customers with excellence. This strategic alliance signifies our commitment to streamlining operations and enhancing accessibility for our valued distribution partners and end-users,” says Hemro Group Chief Sales Officer Ziya Boro.

“With REPA’s specialised expertise in spare parts distribution to professional entities, we’re ensuring swift delivery and reducing lead times. Together, we’re elevating the coffee experience for enthusiasts worldwide.”
