Rumble Coffee Roasters and Colombian green been importers Cofinet will host The Transparency Project at Colab Espresso on 11 May.
The event will celebrate the launch of Rumble’s new sourcing model for it’s coffee.
Through its Transparency Project, Rumble Coffee will now release the price paid to the farmer (or co-operative) for each of its coffees. The first coffee under the model is the Victor Herrera from Colombia.
Thanks to Carlos Arcila of Cofinet, the event will also combine a cupping of exotic varietals from Colombia. Guests will be able to sample exiting new bourbon varietals.
The event will take place from 5.30pm to 8pm at Colab Espresso: 36 Stubbs Street, Kensington, Victoria.
