The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has announce the winners of the Best New Product Awards at the 2018 World of Coffee trade show in Amsterdam.
The Best New Product Awards recognise new products judged on their quality and value to the specialty coffee and tea industry. The awards were presented to the winners of exhibiting companies during the World of Coffee trade show, taking place from 21 to 23 June.
The 2018 World of Coffee Best New Product winners in each category are:
Specialty beverage flavour additive – Monin: L’Artiste de Monin
Coffee accessories – Kinto: Travel Tumbler
Commercial coffee or tea preparation and serving equipment – Ascaso Factory: Big Dream
Consumer coffee or tea preparation and serving equipment (non-electrical) – Asobu by Adnart: Cold Brew Coffee
Open Class – Lalcafé Yeast: Lalcafé Intenso
Packaging – Cloud Picker Coffee
Specialty beverage stand alone – Beyond the Bean: Zuma Organic Tumeric Chai

The L’Artiste de Monin, is a topping solution specially designed to create signature latte art through the use of a sauce bottle and etching tool. No milk jugs are needed – just the L’Artiste de Monin and some creative flair. This new addition to Monin’s sauce range invites any barista or coffee maker to transform their coffee into a best seller.
