Slayer Espresso has revealed new one-group espresso machine the Steam Single, a new addition to its Steam range.
The Steam Single is designed to better suit the needs of both professional and home users, incorporating compact design and a user-friendly interface.
“We are thrilled to present the Steam Single, a model that truly stands out with its distinctive features. We take immense pride in our unwavering commitment to excellence in materials, craftsmanship, and design, ensuring unparalleled longevity and performance for all our products,” says Slayer Espresso Brand and Product Manager Tommy Gallagher.
Building on from the Steam LP (Long Play) and the Steam EP (Extended Play), the new machine’s main difference is its internal freshwater reservoir, the first of any Slayer espresso machine. The implementation of this feature enables users to set up quickly and efficiently to begin brewing.
Designed to highlight single origins while also bringing out the best in blends, the Slayer Steam Single gives baristas and home brewers the option to soak coffee before extraction which allows for a more even spread during the brewing process.
“The Steam Single has been an exciting project, reimagining the iconic machine we all love,” says Slayer Industrial Designer Chris Fletcher.
“It’s been pushed, pulled, and compressed into a proportion perfect for both home use and the single-group commercial market. It’s the same details we love, redefined in an accessible compact package.”
The Slayer Steam Single launched on June 27. For more information on the steam line product range click here.
