Restaurant & Catering Australia (R&CA) has received a $1.1 million grant from the Victorian Government to fund a new hospitality apprenticeship program.
R&CA CEO Juliana Payne says the project, titled Workforce Training Innovation Fund: Building New Quality Hospitality Apprentice Pathways in Victoria, will help to significantly improve current uptake of apprenticeships in Victoria’s burgeoning hospitality industry.
