Australian Roasting Championship to take place next week

The Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) has announced the Australian Roasting Championship finals, will be held in Port Melbourne from 29 May to 1 June. Criteria Coffee is set to host the event, ASCA’s seven top ranked roasters will go head-to-head. The multi-day championship will see competitors roast a single origin coffee and blend, which plan an experience panel of cuppers then judges on cup quality and sensory assessment.
