The Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) 2019 Monin Australian Coffee in Good Spirits (CIGS) Championship will be held at Manly Spirits Co in New South Wales on 2 May. CIGS promotes innovative beverage recipes that showcase coffee and spirits in a competition format.
