La Marzocco has revealed its new foray into the coffee grinder market at Host Milano with two models, the Swan and Swift Mini.
“Nearly 20 years ago, we began again to research and learn what can be improved in espresso coffee grinding. We feel now is the time for us at La Marzocco to expand our efforts, to set out down a new pathway, and to bring the same innovation and evolution to espresso coffee grinding machines as we have brought to the espresso machine,” La Marzocco says in an official release.

Probat to launch new drum roaster at Host Milano
Roasting plant and equipment manufacturer Probat will launch its new Px 120 drum roaster at HostMilano, from 18 to 22 October.
Almost all machine components of the Px 120 are completely redesigned and available as 3D data for the creation of a full virtual plant. The roasting system has been optimised using computational fluid dynamics analytics to increase coffee quality and energy efficiency.
