Devour’s reborn menu now focuses on breakfast food with an Asian twist.
“We like to do things a bit differently. Our breakfast bao in particular has been pretty popular. We do a range of them using different ingredients like egg and bacon, panko crumbed chicken, and mushroom and halloumi,” Quang says.

2018 Australian Brewers Cup Champion Heath Dalziel not just first time lucky
The past year couldn’t have been more of a surprise to me. At the beginning of September 2017 I would have said I’m not interested in competing in coffee championships. Little over a year later, I placed 10th in the 2018 World Brewers Cup (WBrC).
The Brewers Cup is a platform that can mean something different to each competitor. For me, it was a way to challenge myself and grow personally by getting out of my comfort zone. Through doing it, I not only accomplished these goals but managed to push myself professionally and developed my coffee knowledge immensely in a short space of time.

Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) Australian Brewers Cup Champion Heath Dalziel is preparing for the 2018 World Brewers Cup, to be held in Brazil from 7 to 9 November.
Heath, of Third Time Lucky, won the National Brewers Cup title in March at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo.
He is currently in Canberra, training with 2017 World Brewers Cup runner-up Sam Corra. He has also worked with 2014 Australian Brewers Cup Champion Devin Loong, and 2015 World Barista Champion and Ona Coffee Founder Sasa Sestic.

Heath Dalziel – 2018 ASCA Australian Brewers Cup Champion
It was first time lucky for Heath Dalziel, owner of Third Time Lucky café in Adelaide, to take out the 2018 ASCA Australian Brewers Cup.
Heath was seventh seeded going into the national competition, as the winner of the Western Region Brewers Cup that took place in Adelaide last year. This is impressive success for someone who was coaxed into competing by his supplier, Ona Coffee, two months before the regional event.
