Ian Hynd, Owner of The Bean Scene Coffee Studio in Central Warragul, Victoria, has put the coffee shop up for sale.

“After much consideration we have made the decision to sell The Bean Scene Coffee Studio. The Bean Scene opened its doors in June 2006 and after 13 years it is time for a lifestyle change,” Ian says.

“This is a well-established, unique, thriving business situated in Cinema Arcade, complemented by quality surrounding shops and cinema. Presently trading just five and a half days per week, it leaves plenty of room for growth and expansion within the business and would ideally suit someone with a passion for coffee and an interest in the coffee industry as a whole.”

Ian describes The Bean Scene as not a traditional style café, but a well-established coffee studio/lounge and retail shop, serving coffee and tea beverages, small cakes, and biscuits, with no need for a kitchen.

The Bean Scene Coffee Studio is located in Central Warragul, Victoria.

“Our skilled, enthusiastic staff provide exceptional customer service and are extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of coffee and equipment,” Ian says.

“We have, over the years, developed a very strong dedicated customer base that have been loyal to The Bean Scene for many years, with a very strong takeaway trade as well as seated customers.”

The Bean Scene stocks and sells a range of roasted coffees, complementary beverages, brewing equipment, cleaning products, and accessories.

“Our retail shop stocks a vast range of everything coffee related as well as an extensive range of coffee beans for domestic and commercial sale,” Ian says.

“For us, now is the time to pass the business on to someone with enthusiasm and energy to keep the reputation of The Bean Scene as a unique friendly and innovative business that the current owners have spent almost 14 years building from the ground up.”

With enormous growth potential and a great reputation in the industry, Ian says The Bean Scene is a fantastic business opportunity that will make it a pleasure to come to work.

Ian says financial figures are available upon request to serious buyers and genuine inquiries.
