Coffee roaster Toby’s Estate has partnered with Califia Farms to offer a new range of oat milk to meet rising demand from consumers.
“With compelling health, ethical and environmental benefits it’s no wonder more people are turning to plant-based diets. When it comes to coffee, they’re now looking for more options than just soy and almond and so we knew we had to listen to our customers,” says Jody Leslie, Toby’s Estate General Manager.
The oat milk will soon be distributed to Toby’s Estate’s extensive café network across Australia, starting with NSW. The announcement has been made to coincide with International Coffee Day, on 1 October.
Oat milk has grown in popularity and is the second most popular dairy alternative to almond milk in the United States, according to Dan Kaplan, National Business Manager of Califia Farms Australia.
“We’re so proud of our oat milk and are really excited to now have Toby’s Estate on board so that more Australians can fall in love with Califia’s Oat Barista Blend,” Dan says.
