Veneziano Coffee Roasters have launched a Western Australia distribution team for the first time.
Maan Tawachi, State Sales Manager and Brian Ibrahim, State Finance Manager will lead the new WA distributor team. Maan and Brian collectively have worked in the coffee industry for 10 years, and used the Veneziano brand for the past 10 years at their own cafés.
Maan and Brian will help give the WA market access to Veneziano’s specialty coffee blends and microlots, as well as a great team of coffee professionals. Part of their offer will be to provide formal and ongoing training and up-skilling to all customers to ensure they achieve the best from the Veneziano product.
To honour the arrival of Veneziano in WA, Veneziano Coffee Roaster’s Managing Director Craig Dickson, alongside two-time Australian Barista Champion, Craig Simon hosted a launch event at Bob’s Bar in Perth on 5 April. The evening was a chance to formally introduce the specialty coffee brand and its products.
“For us, launching the brand in Western Australia was the next step in growing Veneziano,” Craig said. “We long ago identified Perth as a large growth market for specialty coffee and acknowledge the trend towards offering a top quality coffee and café experience. We wanted to be a part of this movement but were waiting to find the right partners who would represent our brand accordingly, and we finally found that in Maan and Brian.”
