Professional coffee machine company Victoria Arduino has launched its latest innovation, the PureBrew+.

The single-cup brewer is the most recent addition to the brand’s product range and is designed to elevate the coffee-tasting experience through its patented technology.

The PureBrew+ uses native Victoria Arduino systems alongside its trademarked double-mesh conical filter to deliver quality PureBrewCoffee filtered coffee alongside other beverages. The company’s new range of PureBrew baskets also provide different capacities, which allows for versatility while accommodating a wide variety of drink sizes.

Dose, volume, and temperature can be adjusted for maximum flexibility by choosing one of the various water-pulse profiles to extract up to 500 millimetres of coffee, tea, or infusions in less than three minutes.

According to the team at Victoria Arduino, the machine’s user-friendly touch-screen interface allows the user to create brewing recipes quickly and efficiently. Using its advanced technology, the system can save up to 12 recipes, ensuring the customer or barista has a wide range of options while also allowing for a more seamless brewing experience.

To further enhance quality and productivity, the PureBrew+  features an instant and energy-efficient heating system, along with a patented double hot-cold circuit. This allows for rapid adjustment of extraction temperatures between 75 and 95°C. The brewing group, which is optimised to work in conjunction with the patented double-circuit system, ensures repeatability and maximum precision in every brew.

In developing the new machine, the team at Victoria Arduino also focused on reducing waste. Using the PureBrew+ and its integrated technology, the grinder allows for dispensing of only the amount needed. In addition to this, the machine’s instant heating system heats only the required amount of water, helping to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Building on the Victoria Arduino Mythos grinder, the PureBrew+’s compact frame is designed to accommodate high-volume work environments. According to the company, the machine is ideal for bars, shops, and cafés.
