Specialty coffee roaster Will & Co has released a range of premium aluminium pods that are compatible with Nespresso Coffee Capsule machines, available via Will & Co’s café partners and online at willandco.com.au.

High-grade Arabica coffee has been sourced from all corners of the globe for this new range which has been roasted and packed locally, in aluminium to ensure optimal freshness. The result, according to Josh Passoro, Head of Will & Co, is an amazing cup of coffee at the press of a button.
“Since we launched Will & Co in 2013, we’ve always remained focused on giving all Australians access to the best specialty coffees available, whichever the format. We developed this new range specifically for users to replicate the café experience at home,” says Josh.
With more Australians enjoying coffee at home than ever before, Will & Co says enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the introduction of four new blends that are aptly named as a nod to their “love of coastal living”.
- Natural – A beautifully developed roast of Central & South America’s finest specialty coffee. This blend carries a slightly floral aroma with a crisp apple like acidity balanced with heavier notes of caramelised hazelnuts and dark chocolate.
- Sweet Ride – High grade specialty coffee from Central and South America, blended and roasted on the darker side to cut through milk. A combination of natural and wet coffee processing to deliver a super smooth and silky finish. Tasting notes of caramelised brown sugar and maple syrupy goodness
- Goofy – A gentle roast from three of the world’s best Arabica growers. This blend delivers a cup with a light, clean body and vibrant acidity. A distinct balance of sweet florals, notes of roasted peanut and lemon ginger in the after taste with a high proportion of washed Arabica providing a bright, elegant finish.
- Organic – A handcrafted blend of organic Arabica coffees from farms certified by the Rainforest Alliance as environmentally, socially and economically sustainable. This unique medium-dark roast of Brazil & Peru Arabicas is subtly sweet with medium body and notes of malt, toast and roasted almonds.
