The winner of tonight’s White Mojo Cup Latte Art Championship will walk away with a generous $3000.
The event, organised by PowerBrew Coffee, is taking place at White Mojo in Glen Waverly, Victoria from 6pm.
To set the party atmosphere, guests can expect DJ beats and drinks, with latte art demonstrations from 2018 Australian Latte Art Champion Shinsaku Fukayama of St Ali who is also one of three judges.
Shinsaku will be joined by Chinese PCA Champion Zkings and Tess Presso, who will use their experience to determine which cups have enough creativity, balance and definition to win their way through the knock-out rounds to the top prize.
The 32 competing baristas will use litres of Pauls milk to create perfectly-textured foam for smooth and defined latte art.
Over last month’s preliminary rounds, the White Mojo Cup has seen 160 baristas demonstrate their latte skills in preparation for tonight’s final.
