Allpress Coffee will open the new year with the launch of a new café location in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, with National Sales Manager Nick Passi labelling the region as one of the most exciting markets in Australia.
Located at 161 Robertson Street and just steps away from the James Street Precinct, the new space reflects Allpress‘ belief that great coffee starts with people and aims to bring Brisbane locals, café partners, and travellers together.
In addition to its menu featuring Allpress’ signature blends, a rotating selection of single origins, pastries from Sprout Artisan Bakery, and afternoon affogato in collaboration with Rose Gelato, the new café will also host cuppings, community gatherings, and seasonal collaborations.
“Brisbane is one of the most exciting coffee markets in Australia right now,” says Nick. “We see a huge opportunity to support the city’s growing hospitality landscape – creating a space that brings people together, champions local makers, and reflects the way Brisbane loves to drink coffee.”
The Robertson Street café has been constructed with sustainability at front of mind, with energy-efficient equipment and locally sourced, long-lasting materials selected for the build according to Allpress. It features a material palette of timber, polished concrete, and earthy tones.
The new location is the latest step in Allpress’ continued growth across Australia and internationally. With cafés and roasteries in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Tokyo, and London, this expansion into Queensland is a key step in the brand’s mission to “brew better days for people, customers, communities, and the planet, and nurture creative communities around the world.”
