Barista Attitude will launch its first single boiler machine, the Pilot, in the United States market during the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Expo in Chicago from 12 to 14 April.
Dedicated to those who are just starting out as baristas and who want to work with a tool that is high quality and easy to use, the Pilot offers a high level of safety and control. Access to the main menu is easy and the machine can be operated with just a few simple gestures.
The Pilot is equipped with the Barista Attitude anti-shock steam wand and Super Dry system. Barista Attitude says the high ergonomics of the wands guarantee a perfect result with milk-based drinks, preserving taste and quality.
Pre-infusion is also easy to set directly on the screen, with two options that can be set for each dose, for each group, and easily copied from one group to the next. The brand says it’s a very useful solution for those who want to control the extraction parameters easily and effectively. According to Barista Attitude, the Pilot now has the chance to reach a very important market for the brand.
During the SCA Expo attendees can also see the Tempesta Multiboiler in action. The machine features water temperature stability for optimum coffee quality, a touchscreen display for programming machine functions and optional telemetry, as well as a Cool Touch steam wand with dry steam system.
