Iconic Melbourne café Brunetti Classico is celebrating the opening of yet another location at Melbourne Airport, this time near Gate 1 of Terminal 1.
The new site has completed the brand’s terminal presence alongside its existing locations in Terminals 2 and 4, and spans over 1000 square metres – including a 350 sqm café, a 400 sqm adjacent pub, and shared 285 sqm upper lounge with tarmac views.
The brand partnered with architectural firm Technē in the creation of the space, which they say is influenced by a 1950s Italian café with tactile finishes, timber tones, and food displays.
Director at Brunetti Classico, Fabio Angele, says the new location is the next chapter in the brand’s long story in Melbourne.
“Wherever you’re flying, Brunetti Classico is now there to meet you,” he says. “This space is a celebration of our roots, our hospitality, and our Melbourne story – now continuing through every terminal at Melbourne Airport.”
