Delivering three days of practical, future-focused education with insights from some of Australia and New Zealand’s top industry leaders.
Day one, Thursday 26 March, will tackle the commercial realities facing cafés right now, with sessions focused on pricing, margins and rising costs, shifting consumer behaviour, wellness and value, and sourcing, supply chains, and sustainability.
These discussions will feature talks from the Founders of Old Quarter Coffee Roasters, Rosslyn Coffee, KeepCup, the CEO of Pablo & Rusty’s Coffee Roasters, and more.
Day two will focus on growth, innovation, and longevity. Topics include drink innovation and new revenue streams, building world-class cafés with staying power, and strategies for scaling while maintaining a strong customer experience, with the Founder of Piccolo Me, Proud Mary, and more contributing their knowledge.
Day Three focuses on people and what lies ahead for the specialty coffee industry. Sessions explore barista excellence and career pathways, emerging beverage trends including matcha and signature drinks, and collaboration across the coffee supply chain. This day is ideal for teams, emerging leaders and future-focused cafés.
