StreetSmart Australia has extended its gratitude to all who took part in a record-breaking CafeSmart 2025 campaign, with almost 900 cafés and roasters joining forces to raise money for the prevention of homelessness.

With a grand total of 823 cafés and 50 roasters contributing, StreetSmart has reported $201,000 was raised, and that it has already funded 113 grants across all states and territories.

In total, the program has reported CafeSmart 2025 has created more than $670,000 in social value from these grants and supported 7460 people.

“The magic of CafeSmart is the localised impact that is created by communities, for their community,” a StreetSmart social media post reads.

“It was a record-breaking year for CafeSmart back in August, and now all that yellow-coated community generosity is giving a vital boost to smaller grassroots organisations and support for those facing homelessness.”
